<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless transmission system for stable video data with a millimeter wave band wherein no disturbance of video data takes place even for human-body shadowing or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A source apparatus 1 wirelessly transmits packets of video data with a resolution R1 to a sink apparatus 11, the source apparatus 1 confirms the reception state of the sink apparatus 11, when the reception quality of the sink apparatus 11 is degraded, the source apparatus 1 changes the resolution of the video data from the R1 to R2 (R1>R2) and wirelessly transmits the resulting video data, the sink apparatus 11 wirelessly receives the video data with the resolution R2, and restores the resolution of the video data from the R2 to the R1 and displays the resulting data. Further, the source apparatus 1 wirelessly transmits test data with the resolution R1 at a lapse of a prescribed period of time after the resolution of the video data wirelessly transmitted is changed from the resolution R1 to the resolution R2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
