<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and inductance of a power converter. <P>SOLUTION: Positive side conductors and negative side conductors of input terminals, connected electrically with semiconductor devices, are electrically isolated from each other and are stacked; and a substrate mounted with the input terminals, output terminals, and semiconductor devices in a stacked structure are arranged in a checkered pattern inside a case.
