<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormal stop even when vibration occurs in mounting and demounting a drain tank when the drain tank is filled with water. <P>SOLUTION: When it is detected that the drain tank is filled with water, the drain tank is removed from a housing. The housing is vibrated at that time. A control device does not perform abnormal stop by ignoring the vibration when the full-water is detected.
