<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform synthetic research of a novel 1,2-dihydroquinoline derivative and to find pharmacological effects of the derivative. <P>SOLUTION: A compound represented by general formula (1) or a salt thereof is effective for treating diseases associated with a glucocorticoid receptor. In the formula, ring X represents a benzene ring or a pyridine ring; R<SP>1</SP>represents a halogen atom, an alkyl group, a hydroxy group, an alkoxy group, an amino group or the like; p represents an integer of 0-5; R<SP>2</SP>represnts a halogen atom, an alkyl group, a hydroxy group or the like; q represents an integer of 0-2; R<SP>3</SP>represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group or the like; R<SP>4</SP>and R<SP>5</SP>respectively represent a hydrogen atom or the like; R<SP>6</SP>represents a hydrogen atom or the like; A represents an alkylene group or the like; and R<SP>7</SP>represents OR<SP>8</SP>, NR<SP>8</SP>R<SP>9</SP>, SR<SP>8</SP>, S(O)R<SP>8</SP>or S(O)<SB>2</SB>R<SP>8</SP>; wherein R<SP>8</SP>represents an aryl group, a heterocyclic group or the like and R<SP>9</SP>represents a hydrogen atom or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
