<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic LED element by which a light emitting efficiency can be more enhanced than by a conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: In this organic LED element, the light emitting layer 6 comprises the positive hole transporting light emitting layer 6a and the electron transporting light emitting layer 6b. The positive hole blocking layer 17 is contacted with the electron transporting light emitting layer 6b and contains the same dopant material as that contained in the electron transporting light emitting layer 6b. The positive hole transporting light emitting layer 6a can function as an orange color light emitting layer and the electron transporting light emitting layer 6b can function as a blue color light emitting layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
