PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a heat sink with a temperature sensor which can measure a temperature of a surface contacting with an object to be mounted with accuracy and for a long life. SOLUTION: In the heat sink with a temperature sensor, a temperature sensor is located on the contact surface of a heat sink body with the object to be mounted. The heat sink includes a recess which is positioned on the contact surface of the heat sink body with the object to be mounted, the temperature sensor which is located in the recess and whose one surface contacts with the object to be mounted, and a heat insulator which is located covering the other surface excepting the one surface of the temperature sensor provided between the temperature sensor and the recess.
