PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter that is superior in heat dissipation efficiency and productivity, and to provide its productivity. SOLUTION: The power converter is constituted by stacking a semiconductor module 2, constituting a part of a power conversion circuit, and a member 4 for cooling the semiconductor module 2 from both sides. Gel grease 5, having thermal conductivity, is interposed between the semiconductor module 2 and the cooling member 4. The degree of crosslinking for the gel grease 5 is 16-80%.
