PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull-off device allowing one worker to easily and quickly remove a ribbed pipe from a ribbed pipe group stacked in multiple stages. SOLUTION: The pull-off device is formed by curving or bending the peripheral face of a plate material into a recessed shape, lining on the inner peripheral face a plurality of ribs extending to the longitudinal direction, protruding a collar grip portion on the recessed outer peripheral face at the end on one side, and tapering the end on the other side. The pull-off device is inserted between the ribbed pipes laid one on the other through the ends of the ribbed pipe group stacked in multiple stages to avoid both ribbed pipes from engaging with each other.
