PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump for carrying supercritical CO<SB>2</SB>fluid or liquid CO<SB>2</SB>while securing reliability by optimizing a bearing part. SOLUTION: An angular ball bearing 8 consists of an inner ring 8a and an outer ring 8b, a ball 8c held therebetween, and a cage 8d for holding the ball 8c. It is a total ceramic bearing having the ball and inner and outer rings formed of ceramic. The cage 8d is an outer or inner ring guide. Specifically, the inner guide, e.g., uses an outermost peripheral face 8ab of the inner ring 8a for guiding an inner peripheral face 8db of the cage 8d opposed thereto. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
