METHOD FOR MOLDING MAGNETIC POWDER AND MOLDING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a fault in orientation caused by gravity pressure in the bottom part of a cavity without newly arranging a mechanism in the conventional molding machine in a magnetic field. SOLUTION: A method for molding magnetic powder comprises: a step (a) where a part of the magnetic powder is fed into the cavity formed by a lower punch and a die; and a step (b) where a magnetic field is applied to the magnetic powder fed in the step (a) and present under a non-pressurized state in the cavity; wherein after the step (a) and the step (b) are performed more than once, the magnetic powder present under a non-pressurized state in the cavity is pressure-molded to obtain a compact.
