PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinkable composition which contains an organopolysiloxane having linear alkenyl groups, a linear organopolysiloxane having diorganosiloxy units and Si-H groups and prepared by a cohydrolysis method, and a catalyst for promoting the addition of Si-H groups to aliphatic carbon-carbon double bonds. SOLUTION: The crosslinkable composition contains (A) a polyorganosiloxane represented by general formula 1 (wherein each of R, R'', R', m, and n has a meaning described in the specification), (B) a linear organopolysiloxane having diorganosiloxy units and Si-H units, and (C) a catalyst which accelerates the addition of Si-H groups to aliphatic carbon-carbon double bonds.
