PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threshing apparatus equipped with a first winnower and a second winnower below a shaking and separating rack, with which the amount of blowing air is properly kept and grain is not blown to a dust discharging port even if the shaking speed of a straw rack is changed so as to improve separation treatment ability. SOLUTION: In the threshing apparatus equipped with the first winnower 2 and the second winnower 3 below the shaking and separating rack 1, a speed change mechanism 5 is installed in a drive pathway from the shaking and separating rack 1 and the first winnower 2 to the second winnower 3 and the rotation ratio of the second winnower 3 to the first winnower 2 is changeable.
