The method involves preparing magnetization of nuclear spins by an inversion pulse, and executing several steps of spin stimulation and measurement of a high frequency (HF) response signals for an image contrast. Measuring data are received along a two-dimensional layer, where the two-dimensional layer lies parallel to a plane stretched by two coordinate axes standing orthogonal to each other. Several steps of the spin stimulation and measurement of a HF response signals are executed for another image contrast. An independent claim is also included for a device for magnetic resonance imaging.
