<p>The valve (1) has a locking piece (3) that is pre-stressed lengthwisely against a valve seat in a normal position using a spring so as to lock flow opening (7). The locking piece that is detached from the valve seat releases a permeable flow passage cross section (13) in an operating position partly against the spring force. The locking piece is guided into an inner hollow guide section (9) in an intermediate position so as to adjust the locking piece. The intermediate position is by-passed to the flow passage cross section using a flow channel (14).</p>
