The device has a sealing (5) provided between a body and a vacuum chamber (1), where a passive movement of a patient (2) at a leg area is produced through mechanically, pneumatically or hydraulically moved contact surfaces of a sole of a foot of the patient. The patient stands with legs (3) on a movable part (4), where the vacuum is produced using a pump through an opening (6). A leg moving device is integrated in the chamber for moving the leg.
