<p>The method involves determining a decaying curve (14) at a provided reversal point (12), which defines a transition between hysteresis curves (2, 4), and determining an actual position on the decaying curve. The distance of the hysteresis curves defines a hysteresis amplitude (10) at the reversal point. A hysteresis compensating value for an actuating variable of current of an electronic pressure actuator is evaluated and adjusted under consideration of the determined actual position. An independent claim is also included for a computer implemented program for executing a method for compensating hysteresis of an electronic pressure actuator.</p> |
