The present invention relates to a method for cooking and cutting doner meat and any other foods that can be served in slices with one face cooked, within the speed and hygienic conditions required by a fast food system, automatically in a predetermined form and weight to be ready for service, and an integrated doner broiling and cutting instrument for achieving this method. According to said method, vertical meat boxes that contain prepared meat blocks, are present in an inner cylinder. A circular cooking unit is located above said inner cylinder. A cutting (knife) unit comprising a vibrating straight knife located on the fixed outer cylinder, cuts the meat in the meat boxes that is ready to be cut with a cooked upper surface. The cooking and cutting processes at a predetermined thickness, temperature and speed are controlled by a central control panel.
