A block out for a road guide rail is provided to prevent a vehicle from being escaped from a road by attenuating collision force when the vehicle collides with a guide rail plate. A block out for a road guide rail comprises a body section(110) having a height equal to that of a guide rail plate and including left and right support sections(111a,111b) bent about a connection section(112). Left and right reinforcing sections(120a,120b) are bent outwardly from each upper ends of the left and right support sections(111a,111b) to reinforce bending strength of the two ends. Left and right coupling sections(130a,130b) are bent outwardly from each front ends of the left and right support sections(111a,111b) to be coupled to the rear surface of the guide rail plate by using a bolt and a nut. Left and right locking protrusions(140a,140b) are bent forwardly from the upper ends of the coupling sections(130a,130b).
