<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply apparatus for properly protecting an internal circuit and a load to be supplied with power. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply apparatus 100-1 supplies power from an AC power supply 200 to the load 300, is disposed on a power supply line from the AC power supply 200 to the load 300, and has an interlock circuit 104 for supplying and interrupting power to a subsequent stage in response to turn-on and turn-off of an interlock detecting switch SW, an inrush current suppressor 106 disposed at a subsequent stage of the interlock circuit 104 and suppressing an inrush current supplied to the load 300, an abnormality detector 118 for detecting an abnormality in the internal circuit and the load 300, and an abnormality protector 120 for controlling so as to inhibit power supplied from the interlock circuit 104 if the abnormality is detected by the abnormality detector 118. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
