PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated adhesive sheet produced by laminating a peelable protective sheet to an adhesive sheet of a thermoplastic elastomer and to provide a method for producing a laminated adhesive sheet that is stably produced without forming wrinkles, etc. SOLUTION: An adhesive sheet 6 extruded from an extruder 4 together with a first protective sheet 8 for coating a first surface 6a at a one-side in the adhesive sheet 6 is passed through between a pair of first rollers 10a and 10b and the first surface 6a of the adhesive sheet 6 is coated with the first protective sheet 8. The adhesive sheet 6 coated with the first protective sheet 8 together with a second protective sheet 12 for coating a second surface 6b at the opposite side to the first surface 6a in the adhesive sheet 6 is passed through a pair of second rollers 14a and 14b and the second surface 6b of the adhesive sheet 6 is coated with the second protective sheet 12.
