PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection mold capable of simply performing the attachment or replacement of the outer frame arranged corresponding to the shape of the peripheral edge part of a flat molded product and capable of forming the flat molded product of high precision. SOLUTION: The middle plate 30 of the injection mold is equipped with the core plate 31 attached to the main surface (the upper surface in the figure) 11X of a fixed template 11 at the almost central position of the main surface 11X of the fixed template 11 in a freely detachable manner, four outer frames 32 arranged so as to be adjacent to the outer periphery of the core plate 31, the outer periphery support block 33 attached to the outer peripheral part of the main surface 11X of the fixed template 11 as an outer periphery support frame and the locking block 34 inserted in the gap between the outer frames 32 and the outer periphery support block 33 as an insertion member.
