<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of judging a trouble of an internal combustion engine including a supercharger according to an operation condition of the internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: Existence of risk of a trouble of the internal combustion engine is judged based on values of N (N is an integer of 2 or greater) parameters including turbine rotation speed. Here, judgment map dividing a N dimension space defined by N parameters into a plurality of judgment ranges is used, and the judgment is done based on the judgment range including the plurality of parameter values.
