PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication controller, a communication control method, a node and a communication system for forming the much more optimal communication timing by optimally adjusting the extent of the adjustment of the communication timing based on a communication extent corresponding to a radio communication system or a communication environment even when data collision due to interference occurs.

SOLUTION: This communication controller installed in each of a plurality of nodes configuring a communication system includes a reception power deciding means for calculating the reception power value of a control signal received from the other node; a control signal deciding means for deciding whether to communicate with the other node from relationship with interference in the node based on the reception power value of a control signal calculated by the reception power deciding means; and a communication control means for controlling communication with the other node according to the decision result of the control signal deciding means.
