<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform communication control, even when deterioration of line quality is generated and to specify a line for control according to requested line quality, even when requested line quality is different for each router. <P>SOLUTION: The transmitter has a line data base which stores requested line quality by every first line between it and the router; a failure detection means for detecting line failures in a second line for connecting the first line or the transmitter and a control object specifying means for specifying the line for control from among the first lines, based on information about the line failure, or line failure information and the requested line quality based on the detection of the line failure by the failure detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
