PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To refer to encrypted mail contents in a communication record analysis device. SOLUTION: If key data exist in data when a data extraction/restoration/storage mechanism 2 constructs E-mail from a database (communication packet table) 1, the key data are stored in a key storage area 3, and a key registration mechanism 4 requests an encryption decryption system 5 to register the key data. When encrypted data exist in the E-mail constructed by the data extraction/restoration/storage mechanism 2, the encrypted data are stored in an encrypted data storage area 7, and the data extraction/restoration/storage mechanism 2 requests the encryption decryption system 5 to decrypt the encrypted data. The data decrypted by the encryption decryption system 5 are stored in a decrypted data storage area 8, and the data extraction/restoration/storage mechanism 2 stores the data in a database (E-mail extraction data table) 9.
