摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical device capable of suppressing the deterioration of a capacitor in the initial state thereof, by preventing the fluorine component contained in an electrolytic solution from attacking an aluminum member of a charge collector. SOLUTION: In this electrochemical element, an electrode is formed by applying an electrode material on the charge collector 3 consisting of aluminum, and a device 1 wherein a pair of the electrodes opposed having a separator 5 between them are wound or laminated is inserted into a case 8 along with the electrolytic solution and sealed in the case. The electrolytic solution consists of a solvent, a cation; an electrolyte consisting of an anion formed by substituting a fluoroalkyl group for the fluorine atom of BF<SB>4</SB><SP>-</SP>, or an anion formed by substituting a fluoroalkyl group for the fluorine atom of PF<SB>6</SB><SP>-</SP>; and an additive consisting of any one of phosphoric acid, phosphorous acid, phosphate, and phosphoric ester, or any one of boric acid, borate, and boric ester.
