PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged article stocking device in an automatic filling apparatus capable of avoiding the operational stop of a packaging line when a temporary trouble occurs in a pre-process or a post-process. SOLUTION: The packaged article stocking device comprises a roller conveyor means 15 for driving and rotating a plurality of conveyor rollers 18 by a motor device, and a driving mechanism for freely elevating and lowering a slide member 27 supported so as to be freely slidable by a pair of guide bars erected on a frame. In the slide member, a plurality of supporting bars 29 for loading packaged articles to be stocked thereon are arranged in a fork shape so as to pass a space formed between the conveyor rollers. Supporting parts 28 of a predetermined number with the supporting bars being one set are arranged in the longitudinal direction with predetermined spaces. The packaged articles on the conveyor rollers are stocked on the supporting parts by the rise of the slide member while the packaged articles stocked on the supporting parts are loaded on the conveyor rollers by lowering the slide member, and fed to a post-process by the roller conveyor means.
