PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding apparatus of a sheet material capable of certainly preventing the cracking of a sheet material such as a film or the like in a case that an amorphous resin is handled. SOLUTION: In the extrusion molding apparatus of the sheet material, a casting roller 20 and a vertical stretching machine 30 are substantially integrated and, in the vertical stretching machine 30, the temperature Tr of temperature adjustable feed rollers 34A and 34B is controlled so as to keep the glass transition temperature Tg of the thermoplastic resin which constitutes the film 100 within a range that the temperature of the film 100 more preferably becomes lower than a casting-off temperature Tc but higher than a stretching temperature Te. When the operation of the extrusion molding apparatus is unstable etc., the feed rollers 34A and 34B are controlled so as to become as high a temperature as possible within the above mentioned temperature range.
