PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit an unerring stop of a prize ball putting out machine sprocket with prescribed putting out finishing timing and prevent an unprepared rotation during a stop period. SOLUTION: The prize-ball putting-out device puts out prize balls B in a row from a storage position P4 in a prize-ball putting-out passage 11 through a putting-out preparation position P2 of a prize-ball putting-out machine 12 and a putting-out fall position P3 by the prize-ball putting-out passage 11, and during the operation of a prize-ball putting-out machine 12, holds the prize balls B in a storage status following prize balls B delivered to the putting-out preparation position P2 in a prescribed position P1 of the prize-ball putting-out machine 12 urging the prize-ball putting-out machine 12 in the opposite direction during the stop of the prize-ball putting-out machine 12.
