PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural sheet provided with hydrophilic film excellent in adhesion, abrasion resistance and also transparency. SOLUTION: The agricultural sheet is obtained by curing a composition containing 20-95 pts.wt. of hydrolyzable organic silicon compound, and 5-80 pts.wt. of inorganic compound minute particles selected from chain inorganic compound minute particles and needle inorganic compound minute particles on the surface of a resin sheet to form hydrophilic film to be used as an agricultural sheet.
