The trouser has a broad expansible panel (6) in underbelly area attached to a base trouser, which has a trouser waistband for smooth stressing of belly. Another expansible panel (9) is sewed on two sides in a removable and width adjustable manner by a strap buckle (18), button and loop. The panel (9) is affixed on both sides, and is tighter than a width of the belly of a wearer, where pressure on the belly is evenly distributed by the panel (6) during sitting.
