A secondary battery is provided to secure an improved sealing property of an electrolyte inlet by enhancing the binding force between an electrolyte inlet and a sealing part. A secondary battery comprises: an electrode assembly; a can which accommodates the electrode assembly and an electrolyte; and a cap assembly which combines with a top opening of the can and has a cap plate(110) with an electrolyte inlet(112), and a sealing part(160) closing the electrolyte inlet. The sealing part includes a pin part(162) which penetrates the electrolyte inlet, and a head part(164) which is integrally formed on the pin part, has a larger diameter than the pin part, and comprises a downward protrusion(165) formed on the under surface of the head part. |
