BREATHER DEVICE OF CRANKCASE FOR 4-CYCLE ENGINE

A breather device of crankcase for 4-cycle engine is disclosed. A valve operating chamber (5) is defined by a cylinder head and a cylinder head cover (3) and is communicated with a crankcase (6). The cylinder head cover (3) is provided on the top of the cylinder head (9). A gas-oil separating cavity (23) is provided in the top of the cylinder head cover (3). A passage (37) is communicated with the valve operating chamber (5). A partition plate (25) is provided in the gas-oil separating cavity (23) to form a gas-oil separating chamber (26). A one-way valve (27) is provided above the oil-gas separating chamber (26) and fitted in a hole (28) thereof. A passage (33) is provided above the one-way valve (27) and provided with a sloping hole (38). The sloping hole (38) is blocked at one end thereof by a plug (39) and at the other end connected with a connection passage (41) provided in the cylinder head (9). The connection passage (41) is communicated with an intake manifold (14). An oil-returning hole (34) is provided between the sloping hole (38) of the passage (33) and the gas-oil separating chamber (26).
