The present invention relates to an electronic financial payment system using an ESP and a method thereof. More specifically, the invention relates to a system and a method, in which a purchaser as a business entity prepays, pays in equal/unequal installments, or settles up a purchase price for products purchased from a seller according to the purchaser's data of a order, a buy, and/or settlement. The electronic financial payment system using an ESP of the present invention, in which the electronic financial payment method for the purchaser to pay a purchase price according to the service membership contract, comprises a first step of allowing an electronic financial payment server to receive information on the items purchased and data about a phase of purchase transmitted from the purchaser terminal, a second step of analyzing the received data and classifying the purchase phase into an order phase, a buy phase, and a settlement phase according to the contract, a third step of requesting a financial institution to pay according to a contracted payment method corresponding to the phase of purchase, and a fourth step of allowing the financial institution to pay the purchase amount to the seller. Accordingly, the electronic financial payment system using an ESP and a method thereof according to the present invention can provide services for small and medium enterprises with relatively low credit rating, as well as for large enterprises with high credit rating, in making a payment of purchase prices, and thus supply of products and payment for the products can be processed swiftly and fairly.
