<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump water heater which improves space efficiency without problems such as poor performance of a heat pump, and downsized as a whole, when constitutional appliances of the heat pump and a hot water storage tank 1 are received in one housing to be unitized. <P>SOLUTION: In this heat pump water heater A wherein a heat exchanger 4 for collecting heat and a blower fan 6 of the heat pump H, and the cylindrical hot water storage tank 2 fully or partially extending in the vertical height direction, are contained in the approximately rectangular parallelepiped housing 1, the heat exchanger 4 for collecting heat is disposed in spaces 11a, 11b formed between a side wall portion of a corner portion of the housing 1 and the hot water storage tank 2 in a state of extending in the vertical height direction, and a cross flow fan disposed in the spaces 11a, 11b in adjacent to the heat exchanger 4 for collecting heat, and extending in the vertical height direction, is used as the blower fan 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
