<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor for reducing the number of temperature sensors. <P>SOLUTION: The brushless motor includes a stator equipped with three-phase excitation coil, a rotor pivotally supported with respect to the stator, and a circuit board 13, on which three terminals 16u, 16v, 16w connected electrically with each phase excitation coil. A drive current, corresponding to each phase excitation coil is fed to each excitation coil via the terminals 16u, 16v, 16w to subject them to rotation drive of the rotor. The terminals 16u, 16v, 16w are arranged in a row in the circumferential direction in a region A1, having a predetermined angle with the center of a rotation axis 9 of the rotor. Temperature sensors 21a, 21b are each provided at the spaces between the terminal 16v at the center in the circumferential direction, and both the edge terminals 16u and 16w. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
