<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing and applying a high-density environmental-proof coating. <P>SOLUTION: A method for depositing a protective coating on a complicated base material including the step of immersing the complicated shape base material in a slurry containing an aqueous solution, at least one fireproof metal oxide, and at least one unsteady fluid additive with about 0.1 to 10% of a slurry weight to form a base coat (1) thereon, the step of curing an immersed base material (2), the step of immersing the base material in a presolution to form a top barrier coat (3) thereon, and the step of thermally treating a base material cured by immersing to form a protective coating (4). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
