<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing shortage of parts and preparing a production command to produce a plurality of kinds of parts in an operation orders that can optimize remaining stock inventory in production using a multi-model manufacturing device. <P>SOLUTION: When preparing a production command to instruct operation orders of parts manufacturing in the multi-model manufacturing device, parts shortage time predicted from remaining stock inventory of the parts and a parts consumption schedule is calculated to prepare a parts shortage information table 40A, the upper limit is set in the parts shortage time, parts having parts shortage time within the upper limit are grouped with parts to be assembled in a post-process device, the other parts are not grouped, parts are manufactured in order of a group including a parts with short parts shortage time, a parts command table 40B in which ungrouped parts are collected for each different kind is prepared, and the respective parts are manufactured according to operation orders instructed by the parts command table 40B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
