<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation time display apparatus and a production management system which can improve the productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The operation time display apparatus 10, which is placed at each of a plurality of processes 1A, 1B and 1C on a production line 1 is inputted with a standard operation time CT from a PC 40 by one operation, and outputs a performance time to a PC 80 by collective operation. The operation time display apparatus 10, placed at each of the processes sequentially, boosts up light levels of a plurality of LEDs arranged on a line, depending on the progress of operation time to stabilize the operation pace of an operator.
