<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a moving video decoding device and a moving video encoding device which decode using coded data arrived lately by retransmission, etc. without extension of time from reception until decoding by effectively using storing time from decoding until referring decoding of other moving video frame in a case that they receive and decode coded image data encoded by a moving video encoding system including inter-frame prediction through a transmission route including error, and can suppress the deterioration of decoded image quality. <P>SOLUTION: A data storing unit 103 stores moving video frames rearranged in a normal order by the moving video frame composed of encoded data with omission or error received by a receiving unit 100 and complement encoded data received afterward, a re-decoding unit 105 decodes the moving video frame stored in the data storing unit 103 referring a decoded moving video frame necessary for decoding, and stores it in a frame additional storing unit 104, and a decoding unit 101 decodes referring the moving video frame stored in a frame storing unit 102 or the frame additional storing unit 104 based on an instruction of a control unit 106. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
