<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member and an assembly structure of the same with looseness prevented in its assembly state to a member to be fixed. <P>SOLUTION: The fixing member 10, used for fixing a case 20 onto a printed wiring board, is assembled to an assembled part 22 by being inserted along a side wall 22S of the assembled part 22 formed in the case 20. The fixing member 10 has a leaf spring part 14 formed at a given site in a way protruded toward a side in contact with the side wall 22S, pressed and bent by the side wall 22S in its state of being fixed to the side wall 22S. With this, the fixing member 10 gets a biasing force toward a direction away from the side wall 22S. Further, the fixing member 10 is supported from a rear-face side by supporting parts 25A, 25B constituting the assembled part 22.
