<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel to be used for various electronic devices, which is easy to manufacture with secured operations and electric connection and disconnection. <P>SOLUTION: An end part of a wiring board 6 is resiliently brought into contact with a lower substrate 2 by an upper arm part 9B and a lower arm part 9C extended from upper and lower ends of a connection part 9A, an opening part 9D is provided in the connection part 9A of a substantially U-shaped pressure contact piece 9, and the wiring board 6 is inserted to the opening part 9D. According to this, since the wiring board 6 is resiliently brought into contact with the lower substrate 2 in a straight state without bending, stable electric connection of a wiring pattern 7 with an upper conductive layer or a lower conductive layer can be ensured, and the wiring board 6 can be easily extended horizontally or vertically.
