PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: though an I/O amount from an application increases when solving an I/O performance problem of the application, an influence range onto another application by improvement of I/O performance of the application is not considered in conventional technology. SOLUTION: A resource wherein an I/O load is reduced by a setting change to a storage subsystem is specified, and the application using the resource is specified as an application wherein an I/O processing amount can increase. The resource used by the specified application and the other application using the resource are specified as a resource and an application wherein I/O processing performance is reduced by the setting change.
