PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control AC power with low power loss and low noise. SOLUTION: A power controller includes an input terminal 13a and an output terminal 13b of an AC signal, DC inhibition capacitors 12a and 12b connected between the input terminal 13a and the output terminal 13b and a variable capacitor 10 which is connected between the input terminal 13a and the output terminal 13b and whose capacity changes by a control signal.
