PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable electronic equipment that prevents a flaw from occurring, cannot be detached easily in use, can be exchanged easily for changing clothes in exchange, has satisfactory appearance, and is marketable. SOLUTION: While a first casing 2 is inserted into a first plane section 21 and a first frame section 23 of a cover 20, a first planar fixing member 30 having a first window section 31 at the side of the fixing member for exposing a display section 5, and the first frame section 23 are sandwiched for clamping by a first clamping member 13. While a second casing 3 is inserted into a second plane section 24 and a second frame section 26 of the cover 20, a second planar fixing member having a second window section 36 at the side of the fixing member for exposing an operation section 11, and a second frame section are sandwiched for clamping by a second clamping member 14.
