PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone device with a camera capable of reducing power consumption upon using a camera function. SOLUTION: The cellular phone terminal device has a camera part and mounts the camera function of photographing an image by the camera part. The cellular phone terminal device further comprises a CPU part which performs a process for image data photographed by the camera part, and when the image data photographed by the camera part is transferred not via the CPU part, the CPU part is set to an idle state.
