PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to offer a remote control service of an information device for vender of an information device, and at the same time, widely spread the service to the public. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a plurality of the information devices (50) of mutually different manufacturing standards, a control device (30) which executes an operation program for respectively performing remote operation of the information devices, and a server device (20) connected to the control device and an operation terminal (10), in order enable communication. The server device receives the operation programs of the respective information devices from the operation terminal and stores them in a memory device of own device, relating to the information devices. The control device transmits identification information of the information devices connected with own device to the server device.
