PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone device capable of holding a coil spring 24 with a holder 22 even when a microphone element 10 is not assembled. SOLUTION: The holder 22 surrounding the microphone element 10 is formed with an elastic member, and a constriction part 22b is provided at an axial intermediate part of a through hole 22a passing through the coil spring 24. A small diameter part 24a not larger than that of the constriction part 22b is provided at an axial intermediate part of the coil spring 24, and a large diameter part 24b larger than the diameter of the constriction part 22b and smaller than the diameter of the through hole 2a is provided axially vertically of the small diameter part 24a. When the coil spring 24 is inserted into the through hole 22a with predetermined force or more, the constriction part 22b is elastically deformed to allow the insertion of the large diameter part 24b. When the small diameter part 24a is inserted to a position facing the constriction part 22b, the constriction part 22b elastically returns, enabling the coil spring 24 to be held by the holder 22.
