PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for achieving the compatibility between the functionality as a sound seat and the comfort as a seat by clearly distinguishing a delivery path of low sound frequencies from a delivery path of high sound frequencies to a seating person. SOLUTION: A vibration conduction structure 18 combined with a woofer single body 14, a support plate 30 fixed with the woofer, and a net cushion body 16 of a three-dimensional structure arranged in front of the woofer, is arranged and contained in a cutout part 24a of a seat pad 24 formed to a prescribed range at a position of a seat back 12 equivalent to the waste part of the seating person, and a pair of left and right tweeters 20 is respectively arranged to shoulder positions of the seat back in a state that the seat pad is removed from the front faces of their output faces.
