PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security device for a document, preventing that secret information written down in the document is easily read by others if falling into an emergency state such as a theft or a loss. SOLUTION: This device for protecting secret of the document 50 put in a bag 70 has: a transmission/reception part 10; a sealed vessel 360 sealed with a foaming invisualization substance 40; a sealing release part 22 releasing the sealing of the foaming invisualization substance 40; and a control part 20 controlling the release of the sealing release part 22 by an instruction from the transmission/reception part 10. The device is put inside the bag 70 together with the document 50 including the secret information. When the transmission/reception part 10 receives an emergency state signal of occurrence of the emergency state, the sealing release part 22 operates, and the foaming invisualization substance 40 inside the sealed vessel is discharged, so that the document 50 including the secret information is covered with foam of the invisualization substance 40.
